Affordable Google Disavow Services
Link Spam Detected? Here is what we know so far…
We have often noticed that most of the websites have a number of links of inferior quality, the reason being that earlier Google and SEO considered all links to be good links. But a little in depth analysis has exposed the inferior quality of these links.
So now Google has made clear its views on quality of links. It has been decided that website owners would be punished if it is found that considerable number of these spam links pointing to their sites are present. Google with the help of Google Webmaster tools will then inform these site owners about these links.
It is generally felt that ignorance about the link “rules” or having a bad SEO firm could lead to the formation of these kinds of links. Nevertheless, there is a solution for it because these inferior links could be definitely removed. There is a special method of doing so. Thus the webmasters are asked to do so by removing the links. Fortunately most of the links are removed with the exception of few ones.
Not a Recent Feature
For quite sometime website owners have been trying to inform Google about the presence of these bad links. They wanted to remove these from their sites. Now this new Google Disavow tool would help them to have their heart’s wish.
At times a message could be seen in Webmaster Tools alerting us about “unnatural links”. In that case, it is best for us to remove from the web as many inferior quality links as possible. That way we can keep our site free of these spam links.
Google Direction
Since these spam links had been a nuisance to the webmasters for a long time the release of this new tool, the best spam reporting tool by Google seemed to them like a boon. But there seemed to be an obstacle in their path.
Regarding Google Disavow Services Google has advised the site owners that this new tool must be used with discretion. Just because this tool is here does not mean that anyone can use it at their will. It is much better, according to Google, to manually remove all the bad links from the sites and use that Google Disavow Tool only after the webmasters are completely confident about the inferiority of the link.
Without any doubt most of the websites will have bad links at some point of their existence. But the most assuring thing is that if the links of superior quality are present in majority then there is no question of getting penalized by Google.
Reaction that Followed
In April 2012 Google brought out Penguin. The principal function of Penguin was to find out more about the link files and analyse them. As more of these spam links were found a link removal campaign was started by SEO industries. A tedious long drawn process was started by the SEOs which involved using their backlink profiles to contact the webmasters and requesting them to remove the links. These had the desired result at times.
Soon after, Google’s Disavow Link Tool Service was announced by Matt Cutt at PubCon. Everything including how it works and when it should be used was also explained. This tool mainly helped the webmasters to find out and show Google which links are bad. The release of this tool evoked mixed reactions. People received it with relief.
End of Link Removal
With the arrival of Google’s Disavow Links Tool the campaign to remove link manually is thought to be over. But there is one problem. This tool comes with a clear warning. Even Matt Cutt spelled that out when he said that the webmasters must not use it if they do not know how it works. In fact Matt Cutt wanted to be on safe side and tagged it under “Advanced Level” in spite of its being very simple to use.
